How much does shipping cost?

The Watch Hub offer free shipping Australia-wide for all orders.

For larger bulk orders there may be additional shipping charges.

The Watch Hub currently offer International Postage to New Zealand for an additional fee of $30.00. 

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?

Depending on stock availability your order will typically be dispatched within one (1) business day.

The tracking details will be sent to your email/phone number immediately after the product is dispatched.  

Please note we may run out of stock earlier than we anticipate due to quantities of orders and demand. We will notify you immediately if there is a backorder on your order and update you with an estimated time.

 

Forgotten to add something to your order?

If you have forgotten to add an item to your order please contact us at info@thewatchhub.com.au and quote your order number, within 24 hours of placing your order. If your products have not left our warehouse you will not be charged any additional shipping fee.

 

Do you have a physical Retail Store?

The Watch Hub currently do not have a dedicated physical retail store. However, our products are stocked at various retailers around Australia.

Back Orders

Sometimes, we run out of stock sooner than we anticipate. If this occurs, we will notify you immediately by phone or email with an expected time of dispatch.
